There’s a couple of things that came to my attention this week:

Uncle Creepy has returned.

Thats right! Dark Horse comics is now continuing the innovative and amazing horror anthology series, in addition to re-publishing the original Warren vehicle. They seem to be keeping with some of the traditions that the original did, with Loathsome Lore, an awesome letters section (be sure to address your letters to Uncle Creepy, kids), and a story that appeared in the original series. And while, alas the magazine is less because of the absence of the great Archie Goodwin, it is rectified by the writing talents of such writers as Joe R. Lansdale and Dan Braun, and art from such great artists as Eric Powell and Angelo Torres. While I have only had the chance to read the second issue, I have great hopes for this series.

Also:

MST3K is back.

In a way, I should say, hulu currently has five episodes of Mystery Science Theater 3000 on their site, Including episodes featuring both Joel Hodgson and Mike Nelson as hosts. So if you’re a fan of one instead of the other, there’s enough to go around. Now, I’m not sure if this is a permanent tenure, or just for the holidays, so be sure to check them out before they go away.

Anyways, have fun, and stay tuned. Next week the new story begins!
